Where do you ship?Singapore: For local orders below SGD60, we charge a flat rate of SGD4.90 for express shipping with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping above SGD60.
International: Shipping rates for overseas orders vary based on destination and weight, shown at checkout. Do note that Searth is not responsible for customs, duties & taxes levied at the end destination.

What is your cancellation policy?
As long as we have yet to ship out your order, you can change your order by emailing us at email@example.com your order number and instructions to cancel.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our warehouse is open Monday through Saturday, 10am - 6pm. Orders received by 5pm daily will be shipped the following day. Kindly note that for pre-orders, shipping will take 7-14 days to reach you. Certain deliveries may be held up due to logistical bottlenecks related to Covid-19. For more information on your order, kindly contact us directly.
In unfortunate OOS situations, we would reach out to you and provide the option of fulfilling part of your order with products in stock, and deliver the remaining items after.
We process transactions securely with Paypal and major credit cards via Shopify Payments (e.g. Mastercard, VISA, etc) as well as HitPay PayNow QR for local transactions.
For interest-free installments, we have partnered with hoolah to offer 3-month long payment option, visible for selection on each product page and during checkout.
We offer both exchange or refund options for the following cases:
- Item is badly damaged, content leakage or expired.
- However, we are unable to do an exchange for minor cosmetic damages (such as dented tin cap, broken seal but content is still intact).
- Item must be in its original purchase condition, with packaging unopened, unused, and unmarked.
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned as an entire collection.
- Our policy does not apply to items that are non-exchangeable or non-returnable, such as hygiene wipes.
- Shipping costs associated with returns will not be covered if the refund option is selected.
In the case of damaged items, please send a picture or video proof of the damaged items to firstname.lastname@example.org. or reply to your order confirmation email stating your case with the following details:

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days upon approval, and the amount will reflect a deduction of shipping costs for the returning of the items in question.
Note: Please do not dispose of or throw away any of the items as we would arrange collection of the products at our discretion.
